It was not a good stay. The tvs did not work, we were not allowed a key to the conference room like previous years. They did this without any previous explanation.

The stay was great and the staff was exceptional. Small issue with the shower door not staying closed but other than that hotel was clean and well appointed. Some decaf coffee in the room would have been a great touch. The manager on duty was personable and very accommodating for our large group. Thank you Keke!

I always enjoy my stay at Residence Inn by Marriott in Birmingham, AL. I go at least 2-3 times a year for business and always feel so welcomed and have never had any issues at all. Keke is who took care of me this past weekend, all the way through my check out, and I could not have asked for anyone better.

My husband and I stayed here a few nights ago. The room was clean and the service was fairly efficient. They might consider turning down the volume of the music in the lobby. The front desk agent who checked us in did not seem to hear us. She must've asked the same question more than twice. It might have also been that she was overwhelmed. Someone else was leaving her shift and there was some kind of tournament happening for young athletes. We ate dinner at the Hilton across the street as parking on the street is a hassle unless you have an app. The burger was good but the service, like elsewhere, is slow. Still, if you do no want to lose your parking space and don't feel like using Uber/Lyft, it's a quick walk away.
